03Under 'Subscription' click your active plan.
04Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm through both pop-ups (Disney+ shows a retention offer first).
05You'll get a confirmation email — keep it.

Refunds & billing
Disney+ doesn't offer pro-rated refunds for monthly plans. Annual plans bought direct can be refunded within 14 days in EU/UK if unused. App Store / Google Play purchases follow Apple/Google's refund policy — request through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common problems & troubleshooting
•Signed up through Verizon, Hulu bundle, Apple or Google — you must cancel through that provider, not Disney+.
•After cancelling, you still see 'renewal date' — that's the day access ends, not a new charge.
•Your Hulu access also ends if you're on the bundle plan.
•Cancellation button is missing → you're signed into the wrong profile. Switch to the account holder's profile.

Often yes. Real Disney+ emails come from disneyplus@mail.disneyplus.com and never ask you to 're-enter card details' via a link. Verify on disneyplus.com/account.
