Cancel Spotify on Mobile

01Open a mobile browser (Safari/Chrome) and go to spotify.com/account — the Spotify app cannot cancel for you.
02Log in with the email on your billing receipt.
03Tap 'Available plans' or 'Manage your plan'.
04Scroll down and tap 'Cancel Premium' → 'Yes, cancel'.
05Save the confirmation email. Your account drops to Free on the listed end date.

03Click 'Manage your plan' under your current Premium plan.

Common problems & troubleshooting

•You subscribed via the App Store — cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions, not on spotify.com.
•Your plan was paid by a Family plan owner — only the plan owner can remove you.
•You cancelled but a Premium Duo partner still has access — that ends on the same date.
•Your account shows 'Premium Trial' and a date — that means you're already cancelled and just running out the trial.
